Bought a watch from Blink 2 weeks ago via Daraz shopfront. Left it unopened as I realized I bought the wrong color.... Went to the outlet in Colombo today requesting an exchange for the right color - request point blank refused with long stories. I’ll import my Casio collection going forward thanks. Life in Sri Lanka is challenging for an expat as NOTHING, including menial little errands, is easy here.read more

I visited Blink outlet today as I had purchased the G-Shock G-STEEL Latest edition and walked out from the store with... unmeasurable Happiness 😊 This was the best G-Shock watch I had ever purchased from this reputed store. They do have a super selection of watches to choose. I must say the Lady Manager, Ms.Vijini, Her Customer Service was exceptional, and knows how to handle customers with great care. Ms. Vijini, Definitely a big asset for the blink family. Also would like to say the rest of the staff was fantastic. I would highly recommend this Blink store to all which is located at Baudhhaloka Mawatha Colombo 4. I hope to return to your store in the near future! Thank you very much! :-)read more

Really good service and I bought a gshock watch from blink . Really appreciate the service they provide and all the... sales reps have really good knowledge about watches . Heard that they do deliver online also. Me personally like to recommend this showroom for wrist watch purchase. They are the authorized agent for Casio watches and I got a international 1 year warranty card along with the watch . They do all the services and battery replacements too. All the 365 days open for operations and I love to visit again for next purchases. Keep up the good work team .read more
