All Genuine Casio products come with an official green warranty card with a matching serial number. Ensure to check this when making a Casio purchase.

Delivery is done free of charge, shipping can vary between 2 to 7 working days depending on location.

We will send you an email/SMS as soon as the item has been shipped. This will include the tracking number. Failing which you could call our hotline and check on the status with your order number.

Payments could be made in the following methods.

3. Cash on delivery.
